Worn, broken, or the last one available. Engineers measure it precisely, using reference surfaces and symmetry to rebuild any missing dimensions. Material analysis follows — identifying the base material and hardness — so the reproduced part performs the same under load, not just looks the same.

With measurements and material data in hand, engineers rebuild the part's complete technical drawing — a permanent record. Critical parts go through a first-article check: an initial piece verified against the original for fit, accuracy, and function, catching any discrepancy before full production proceeds.

Inspected, delivered, archived

Once the first article is approved, the part moves into full production. Every finished piece is inspected against the reconstructed drawing before it's cleared for delivery — and the drawing itself stays on file with us.
